Contract & Payment

Contract dates and payment details

  • Parking contracts start August 1 and end May 31.
  • Monthly payments are due on the first of each month, with a 5-day grace period.
  • Cash, check, and money order are accepted at this time.
  • Online parking payments are not available yet.

Rules

Parking lot rules and reminders

  • Parking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for authorized parking customers.
  • A signed parking contract is required with payment.
  • The parking decal must be displayed from the rear view mirror.
  • Vehicles without the required decal displayed may be towed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by Summers Towing.
  • Vehicles are asked to find alternative parking for the Veterans Day Parade downtown in November.
  • Cameras are located in the parking lot, and the Morgantown Police Department has access to those cameras.
